Church Life

Living Word Christian Fellowship has always been a welcoming church, aiming to facilitate spiritual growth, genuine relationships and the confidence to develop gifts and abilities.

We have been passionate about seeing our communities thrive, prayerfully engaging with opportunities to make a difference.

In order to fulfil our fourfold vision we have worked collaboratively with trusted partners including:

Baptist Union of Great Britain
Christians Against Poverty
Ellel Ministries UK
Evangelical Alliance
The Ascension Trust

We also established a partnership with Spurgeon's College, to invest in Christian leadership development, supporting the evangelical theological training of men and women for ministry through the Rev. Dr Curdell McLeod Bursary. 

Due to change of use of our regular premises we have no longer been able to hold in-person services. As a result our membership has come to the settled position that LWCF CIO should close, with members disbursing to other churches as they are led, being a blessing in diverse places and continuing to fulfil God's plans and purposes for their lives.
