Living Word

Have you ever stopped to think why you were born?

Why you are at your current location right now?

Listen - no matter where you were born, the colour of your hair, your eyes, or the colour of your skin, what gender you are, you are born for a purpose.

You are not an accident and YOU are very special to God.

Even before you were in your mother’s womb God knew you;

He has a plan for your life that no one else in the world can fulfil except you – that’s how special you are!. In fact right now God is using this opportunity to get your attention so that He can let you know how much He loves you and how important you are to Him. So often we miss our opportunity because we have never known the truth about our existence.

Don’t allow this to happen to you.

Why not stop just for a moment and say – Thank you Lord for my life.

Reveal yourself to me so I can learn to love you too and fulfil the destiny you have for me.

I used to wonder why I was born the way I am, brought up by my grandmother. Why I wasn’t born beautiful or in riches and my mind was bombarded with a thousand and one different whys until one day I heard yet another sermon about Moses, how he was placed in a basket and put in the River Nile – so he could be brought up in Pharaoh’s palace as a prince of Egypt. I suddenly realised that none of us can choose when, where and how we are born.

Just be thankful that each of us is a part of God’s great plan.

Moses was put among the bulrushes so that God could free His people from Egyptian bondage. You see Moses was the son of Hebrew slaves, and one slave cannot set another free.

Consider this, no  matter how important or how insignificant you may feel today, God  knows  you,   He loves you  and  wherever

you find  yourself just think you  are  there  because God  has  a plan for  your  life.
